Lamborghini is Sendind off the Huracan and its V10 Engine with a Limited Edition

We are witnessing a breakthrough moment in which Lamborghini will send off the Huracan and its V10 engine into history.

To mark the occasion, the manufacturer has launched the final limited edition series to pay tribute to this already iconic model. STJ or Super Trofeo Jota is limited to only 10 units, which were most likely sold out unseen a few months ago.

The base is the STO version, meaning it is powered by a 5.2 V10 atmospheric gem. It has not been modified, which means its output characteristics are 640 hp at 8000 rpm and 565 Nm, and the system includes a seven-speed LDF (Lamborghini Doppia Frizione) dual-clutch gearbox and rear-wheel drive.

The chassis has been enhanced with a racing suspension with new adjustable shock absorbers and slightly softer springs, and special Bridgestone Potenza tires are installed. Lamborghini says that during testing on the track at the Nardo technical center, the lap time was shortened by a full second compared to the STO version, according to Index.

Only 10 units

The exclusivity of the car is aesthetically distanced with two different configurations and color options. The first combines a Grigio Telesto (grey) body with a Nero Noctis (black) roof with Rosso Mars (red) and Bianco Isis (white) details. The same style continues in the cabin. The second configuration has a Blu Eliadi (blue) body with a Nero Noctis (black) roof and Rosso Mars (red) and Bianco Isis (white) details.

The rear Huracan also has a numbered carbon fiber plate with the designation „1 of 10“.

All in all, a somewhat surprising end for the ten-year-old Huracan. Its predecessor, the Gallardo, retired with a much bigger bang, with the Sesto Elemento model.
